Keyes collectible route at a glance
Keyes contains the campaign’s most demanding timed pickup. Catch requires Heroic or higher and precise interaction during the gravity-lift ascent; Blind and Pinata are slower shipboard searches. This is mission 9 of thirteen and part of the Original Campaign. Like every Halo: Campaign Evolved chapter, it contains exactly three discoverable Skulls and one named UNSC Terminal.
Use Alpha on Heroic for Catch, Bravo for Blind, and Charlie for Pinata. Consumed is easiest to secure during the late upper-corridor sweep before the route turns back toward the objective. Use mission replay for cleanup, choose the listed Rally Point, and check the mission counter before advancing. The four pickups can be collected across separate runs, so there is no need to force a fragile all-in-one attempt when a timed door or difficult jump fails.
Catch Skull location — Rally Point Alpha
On Heroic or higher, rush from the start to the gravity lift and clear the required marked enemies. Stand near the beam’s center facing away from the entry, then hold interact as the lift carries Master Chief close to the ceiling. Listen for the Skull audio cue as the route gets close, and scan above and below eye level before committing to the next objective door. Catch changes the campaign by this rule: Causes enemies to throw and drop grenades more frequently.
This is a difficulty-gated, timing-sensitive pickup with one attempt per lift sequence. Optical camouflage helps, and a missed interaction usually requires a checkpoint reload. When the approach uses a vehicle, narrow ledge, timed door, or unusual jump, make the movement attempt before clearing every distant enemy. That preserves a quick checkpoint recovery and keeps the collectible run focused on a single repeatable action.
Blind Skull location — Rally Point Bravo
After boarding the ship, reach the vehicle bay containing Ghosts and Wraiths. Find the far corridor blocked by wreckage and crates, clear the obstruction with explosives, and follow the corridor to the locked left-side door. Listen for the Skull audio cue as the route gets close, and scan above and below eye level before committing to the next objective door. Blind changes the campaign by this rule: Removes the HUD and hides the first-person weapon model.
After the pickup prompt completes, pause long enough to confirm Blind appears in the mission collectible display. A checkpoint reload before registration can force another trip through this section. When the approach uses a vehicle, narrow ledge, timed door, or unusual jump, make the movement attempt before clearing every distant enemy. That preserves a quick checkpoint recovery and keeps the collectible run focused on a single repeatable action.
Pinata Skull location — Rally Point Charlie
After the Captain Keyes cutscene, remain in the chamber and repeatedly melee the Flood growth that contains him. The Skull drops from the growth after enough hits. Listen for the Skull audio cue as the route gets close, and scan above and below eye level before committing to the next objective door. Pinata changes the campaign by this rule: Makes melee hits on enemies release grenades.

Consumed Terminal location — Rally Point Charlie
During the late return through the ship’s upper corridors, inspect the side passage before following the objective back toward extraction. The Terminal occupies a quiet off-route room near the hangar-side corridor. Terminals use the standard interact command: X on Xbox, Square on PlayStation, or E with the default keyboard layout. Hold position until the interaction completes and the collectible notification appears.
The Consumed entry is the single Terminal assigned to Keyes. Finding it contributes to Lore Have Mercy and Collector’s Addition, while collecting all three local Skulls and this Terminal completes the mission’s four-item sweep. If the prompt does not appear, move around the face of the device instead of reloading immediately.
Confirm the clean sweep before leaving
Open the campaign collectible display and verify that Keyes shows three of three Skulls and one of one Terminal. The expected names are Catch, Blind, Pinata, and Consumed. A global total can hide a local gap, so the mission counter is the reliable completion check.
The browser tracker keeps these four checks together and saves them only on the current device. Mark an item after the game confirms it, not when Master Chief merely reaches the room. For co-op, regroup before a checkpoint and ask every player to verify the notification; shared combat progress does not always make a missed interact prompt obvious.
